Understanding how Fat is stored is a important part of losing weight. Fat is not lost. Fat pockets are the pockets that hold the fat. Now when you gain weight or should we say when you gain fat. The pockets get bigger and make you look fat. The perfect example is the inner part of your tighs. When squeezing the inside with your fingers you notice the small balls under your skin. those are the fat pockets that have gotten big enough for you to squeeze and notice. Now it Also hurts because fat hurts when squeezed.
The goal is to make the fat pockets so small that it is not noticable and that is how you lose weight by making the fat pockets small. Now the fat that traveled to the pockets will travel out just like they came in and to make the fat pockets smaller and this is how you start losing weight.
The body doesn't know when it's going to be having fuel again ( food) so the human body is like a survival machine. If it has too much food (fat) then it stores it as fat. So when you keep eating your body keeps storing food as fat. the best way to start losing weight is to stop eating. Or watch what you eat, then you start exercising to get rid of the stored fat in your body.
